ICT for youth empowerment

Youth empowerment through the use of Information Communication and Technology (ICT) is very important. ICT is a tool where youth can access information to upgrade their knowledge and skills that will enable them to fully participate in development.

ICT skills are about understanding and applying a range of computer programmes, software and other applications. Including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, power points graphics design and search engines among others.

This project aims to equip young people with relevant skills that can enable them establish their own computer business outfits or employment. This is very crucial to reducing poverty, improving access to health and education services and creating new sources of income and employment for the poor
